We ask that all scheduled appointments arrive 5-10 minutes before their scheduled time, especially if introducing our team to a new pet as this allows enough time for the registration process to be completed before the scheduled appointment time. We do our very best to ensure we see your pet at their scheduled time, but unforeseen circumstances, such as emergencies or extended appointments, may delay your pet’s visit with us, and we appreciate your patience when these situations arise.
*If you are a scheduled drop-off appointment, please note we accept patients between 8-9 am only.
*Please have dogs properly leashed and cats in latched carriers so that we may safely transport them in and out of our hospital.
Our team aspires to make your visit a pleasurable one. In our efforts to make your visit more comfortable and to minimize your wait time, our office has implemented a late arrival policy.
A grace period of 10 minutes will be permitted for unforeseen delays an owner may encounter while traveling to the practice for their schedule appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, you will be given the option of either being a walk-in, if the schedule permits, or will be rescheduled for a later time or date.
This is to ensure that the patients who arrive on time do not wait longer than necessary to see the veterinarian. We will try to accommodate late-comers as best as possible, but cannot compromise on the quality and timely care provided to our other patients. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
In order for all patients to remain as comfortable as possible, we require that all cats arrive in carriers (with all doors/zippers closed and locked) and all dogs arrive on leashes. Please be mindful that not all pets like meeting new friends and some may be more stressed in new environments; therefore, please proceed with care when approaching other visiting pets within our hospital for not only their safety, but for others as well. Please notify our team if your pet has specific needs while in our care—we will ensure they are as comfortable and safe as possible.
Please allow us to care for your pet while in our facility. We always act in the best interest of your pet and will provide a safe and comfortable experience for them. Our veterinarians and technician team will discuss treatment options and diagnostics in the exam rooms with you at your appointment time. Please notify our team of any concerns with your pet while we are caring for them in our facility. If you need an estimate for our services, we are more than happy to provide one for you.
Please allow 24 hours to fulfill any medication refills. Prescription requests may be made by calling or texting 843-399-5803. Please include your pet’s name and which medication you are requesting. You may also request a refill at any appointment at our office—please inform the team at check-in if you need a refill.
Third-Party Prescription Policy: We no longer approve prescription requests for third-party online pharmacies. If you would like your pet’s medications shipped directly to you, please visit our online store.
In order to maintain our high standard of service, we require that payment is made at the time services are rendered. Please click here for our accepted forms of payments.
